Also located 5 minutes away are a selection of stores such as Shoppers Drug Mart, T&T Supermarket, Winners, Starbucks, Cineplex Cinema, etc...
This comfortable 1-bedroom has a living room, fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, dining ware, 4-burner stove, microwave, fridge+freezer, dishwasher, and oven), bathroom, and washing and dryer machines. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, which can sleep up to 2 people. The living room also has a sofa bed, which can sleep 1 to 2 people. Bedding and towels are provided for each guest. The unit also has a patio which is a great space to relax during the warm summers.
Amenities: Fitness centre is in Residence 2 Building 1st floor (6am-10pm), Social Lounge on Second floor within building, vending machine in lobby, garbage room p1, elevator, front desk (mon-sat; 9-5), parking in basement
Guests have access to the unit, as well as the patio or garden attached. Within the building guests can access the social lounge located on the 2nd floor, and the vending machine on the first floor. There is also a fitness centre, which is located on the first floor of the “Residence 2” building and is open between 6am and 10pm. Parking and garbage disposal is located on p1, which can be accessed by the elevator. The front desk is located by the entrance of the same building and is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

Other things to note
- No shoes inside the accommodation;
- Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
- Please pay attention to garbage recycling;
- Pets are not allowed;
- There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property, including the balcony. The penalty for violation is CAD $200;
- If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
- Surcharge for extra persons is CAD $20 per person per night;
- Replacement fee for each lost key is CAD $50.
