Also located 5 minutes away are a selection of stores such as Shoppers Drug Mart, T&T Supermarket, Winners, Starbucks, Cineplex Cinema, etc...The property itself showcases polished laminate flooring, central air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washing and dryer machines, and either a patio or private garden space. This property is convenience and comfort all in one, a space worth your while!
Space
In this comfortable 2-bedroom unit - there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, dining ware, 4-burner stove, microwave, fridge+freezer, dishwasher, and oven), a shared bathroom, and washing and dryer machines. Both bedrooms contain queen sized beds, which can sleep up to 4 people in total. As well, the living room also has a Double size sofa bed, which can sleep 1 to 2 people. Bedding and towels will be provided for each guest. The unit also has a balcony, which is a great space to relax during the warm summers.
Guest access
Guests have access to the unit, as well as the patio or garden attached. Within the building guests can access the social lounge located on the 2nd floor, and the vending machine on the first floor. There is also a fitness centre, which is located on the first floor of the “Residence 2” building and is open between 6am and 10pm. Parking and garbage disposal is located on p1, which can be accessed by the elevator. The front desk is located by the entrance of the same building and is available Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
