The penthouse located on UBC campus near the coast. Newly renovated a fully equipped kitchen and beds. Through the dinning room, you can reach out a 600 sq ft patio with beautiful ocean view and mountain view. Close to running and walking trails, heart of campus. A few minutes walk to Rose Garden, and around 5 minutes walk to the bus station. One block away from Vancouver car share lot (Evo, Car2Go, Zip Car). Parking available upon request.

The 4 bedrooms are currently setup as follows.
* Upper level Master bedroom & in-suite with 1 King size bed ( 2 people)
* Upper level 2nd bedroom & in-suite with 1 Queen size bed ( 2 people)
* Lower level first bedroom with 1 Queen size bed , shared bathroom ( 2 people) y
* Lower level first bedroom with 1 Double size bed , shared bathroom ( 2 people)
There are total 3.5 bathrooms. 2.5 bathroom are on the upper level and 1 is on the lower level.

Consists of a washing machine and dryer (free detergent),
Each guest will be provided with one set of towels. (1 set includes full bath towel, hand towel and face towel)
