The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo built in 2007. Conveniently located at the heart of UBC campus, 1 minute to bus station, restaurant, cafe, forest, beach and so on. Great views from this top floor condo. Perfect for traveller, or guest that are in town to attend conference, expo or events.

The entire place include one en-suite master room and a secondary bedroom along with a 2nd full bathroom.

1. there is private laundry in the place (not common laundry)
2. a 50 inch HD TV available to use, you may watch movie when connected to your PC.

Location Surroundings
Well known university in the world (University of British Columbia) excellent neighbourhood include all the UBC facilities (libraries, museums and public accessible research centre) and nearby parks, Golf centre, lots of restaurants, supermarket and most important, the most beautiful campus all over the world.

Traffic environment
UBC bus loop nearby, many car share program such as Car2Go, Modo Cars, Evo...etc. Easy to get around different parts of the city.
