Our house is located near Dunbar-Southlands. This is a very good and safe one. The streets are usually quiet. The best choice for people who like a slower paced and relax atmosphere. There are around 10 public green spaces nearby for tourists to explore, resulting in them being very easy to reach from many locations in this area. It is an 11-minute walk to Point Grey Golf & Country Club and Malkin Park.
A supermarket is typically accessible within a short walk from anywhere in Dunbar-Southlands. Moreover, there are a fair number of opportunities for those who care about nearby restaurants and cafes.
It is away 2.7 km from Kerrisdale Village , 3 km from Pacific Ocean, 9 km from Vancouver International Airport and 11km from The West End and Stanley Park.

My house is fully furnished, warm and comfortable. Consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room connected a spacious open-air balcony, fully equipped with a kitchen and dining table. A sofa, flat-screen TV, iron, hairdryer are provided. Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. It offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking.

Dunbar-Southlands is a very good neighbourhood to my house in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. The noise levels in this part of Vancouver are also very low, as the streets are usually very tranquil.
Regardless of the mode of transportation, it is quite straightforward to move around in this neighborhood. As there are several bus lines nearby, public transportation services in this area are quite good. This neighborhood is also very suitable for people traveling on foot. Commuting by bicycle is convenient in this neighborhood as there are a good number of bike lanes.
