Other things to note

- No shoes inside the accommodation;
- Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am;
- Please pay attention to garbage recycling;
- Strict No Smoking and No Party policy. If you smoke and/or party in the property (including the balcony), a fine of CAD $200 will be charged to you;
- If you accidentally lose the keys, a replacement fee of CAD $150 will be charged to you;
- If you accidentally damage the amenities on the property, a damage fee will be charged to you based on the level of damage;
-If the actual occupancy exceed the occupancy in the reservation page, the extra guest fee CAD $20 per person per night will be charged on you;
- No check in after 11 pm;
- Guests have to double check with us first for the availability for late check out. If possible, you will be charged half-day accommodation fee penalty fee, and no later than 5 pm for late check out.
